Attempting to change the subject....

Regarding covering windows while building and continuing a lot of prior
discussion, I had heard a suggestion from a ("canopy builder")of using clear
shelf (contact) paper... Touted as having thick plastic for impact
protection, and easily removable sticky-ness for long term protection.

Does anyone have any experience or concerns with this suggestion?
