I have the same screws holding the back aileron bearing to the aileron bracket. Look on page 13 top right conner of Vol. 8 Velocity news and see what Dave Black did to correct this problem. Flat head screws and big washers. This is what I am giong to do also. Possible same problem could occure here. marion sparrow
