REFLECTOR: Cowel attachment hardware?

What size nutplates, screws, washers are used. The only hint is: "Locate 
holes approx. .... Drill holes out at 1/8" and ....".

The upper and lower cowels have flanges and 1/16" holes made just before
they were cut off a year and a half ago.

Manual says: "Install cowling with clecos at the firewall." Why not just 
install nutplates etc., and forget the clecos. I did that when the wings
were installed and marked where they intersected the wing after checking
with incidence guages. 

Engine will be shipped from Warsaw shortly, then trucked to me from
Atlanta.
