You never said anything requiring an appology.

My appologies to Chris Brock because he read on my Web page that this was
currently part of our wing package but recieved his new wings with out this
feature.  This additional sub-assembly was vetoed by higher authority after I had
already made the jig for the 173 and put it on my web page.
For now the verbage will get removed from my web page but the work to make more
jigs will resume.
