Since dual throttle control inputs were on my SVX engine throttle rod
anyway I built dual throttle quadrants and ran both cables to the
engine independently. Another control cable 3 or 4 feet long relates
the high side of one fulcrum to the low side of the other side so both
throttles move in sync. This cable is routed up along the cannard
bulkhead just above the rudder pedals.
It could provide another approach for you.
