Our strikefinder antenna was under a rear seat and regardless of what was done, including a large ground plane, the interference made it unusable. Our EE finally decided the problem was that we had ground wires on one side and some hot wires on the other, placing the antenna inside a current loop. ' moved it to a strake and the problem no longer exists. Joe Connally
